Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
You must have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects.
Extensive experience in software development, scripting, and project management is necessary.
Experience using system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks is required.
Knowledge of NodeJS, Java Spring, and Ruby on Rails is essential.
In-depth knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases is required.
Experience with CI/CD is necessary.
Experience with Cloud services (e.g. AWS, Google, Azure) is required.
Intensive experience in git is necessary.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
You should have a good learning mindset and excellent organizational and leadership skills.
