Remote Senior Backend Engineer (Europe)

• Responsibilities include solving problems related to large data pipelines, distributed systems, machine learning models, and robust infrastructure.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience is required.
• Excellent development skills including design, debugging, and problem-solving are necessary.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in Python3 is preferred, but experience in other object-oriented languages (Java, C++, C#, etc.) is also acceptable.
• Experience with AWS and serverless technologies (EC2, Lambda, etc.) is required.
• Familiarity with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, is necessary.
• Experience in working on distributed systems to create scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure is essential.
• Ability to build data-driven microservices leveraging RESTful APIs is required.
• Experience with tools such as Docker, Git, GitHub, Flask, NumPy, and Pandas is preferred.
