Improving system reliability and performance through observability and proactive engineering practices will be a key part of your role.

Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Backend development with Java, with experience in developing high-availability, large-scale services is required.
A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including concurrency, data structures, and algorithms, with practical application experience is necessary.
Familiarity with AWS Cloud infrastructure and services, such as EC2, EKS, and Terraform is expected.
Experience working with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and proficiency in SQL is required.
Ideally, you should have experience working in a product-facing team and collaborating with various partners such as product managers, designers, and data analysts.
Hands-on experience using AI in coding/programming to drive greater impact is preferred.
