Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of software design patterns are required.
Quality coding practices, including test-driven development and secure coding awareness, are expected.
Experience using Agile methodologies and working with Product teams is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in mentoring teammates or leading a squad.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required for collaboration with global teams.
