Remote Senior Backend Engineer (Python/FastAPI - Microservicios)

Description:

• Build and maintain high-performance REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Implement asynchronous processes and queue-based messaging with tools like Celery, RabbitMQ, SQS, or Pub/Sub.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases and caching systems with Redis.
• Integrate and perform advanced searches with Elasticsearch.
• Participate in deployments and orchestration of microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure the quality and scalability of solutions.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development with Python.
• Strong knowledge of FastAPI or similar frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery.
• Knowledge of queue-based messaging and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication abilities.
• Intermediate level of technical English (reading and writing).
• Availability for remote work during LATAM hours.
