Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years of practical backend development experience with Python is required.
Candidates must have experience architecting, building, and deploying scalable web services in production on AWS or similar platforms.
The ability to write highly maintainable, extensible, well-tested, and easy-to-understand code is essential.
Candidates should have a strong affinity for automating tasks and addressing root problems.
A pragmatic entrepreneurial attitude and a delivery-focused mindset are necessary, with an understanding of trade-offs between short-term goals and long-term tech debt.
Solid computer science fundamentals and knowledge of design patterns are required.
