Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience working on complex backend applications or large-scale platforms is required.
Strong proficiency in PHP, ideally with Laravel; familiarity with Go is considered a plus.
Hands-on experience with legacy codebases and transitioning them to modern architectures is necessary.
You should demonstrate the ability to make thoughtful architectural decisions and coach others on backend practices.
An independent, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership is essential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are required.
A commitment to code quality, testing, and long-term maintainability is expected.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is a plus.
