Remote Senior BI Analyst

Description:

• As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will analyze data, identify insights, and communicate findings effectively to business stakeholders.
• You will lead the delivery of accurate reporting to various departments, enhance automated monitoring systems, and create visualization frameworks for data accessibility.
• Your responsibilities include combining and analyzing structured and unstructured data, providing strategic recommendations, and partnering with Operations to automate and streamline business processes.
• This role serves as a central hub for collaboration across teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Credit, and Technology.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, or operations research is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics is necessary.
• Advanced experience in SQL is required.
• Proficiency in using BI Tools to create dashboards and data visualizations, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, is essential.
• Advanced experience with Excel or other spreadsheet applications is required, including the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets.
• Programming experience with Python is preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup or the financial services industry is a plus.
