The Senior BI Data Analyst will be part of the Programmatic Partnerships & Business Solutions Team based out of the Toronto office.
The role involves providing quantitative analyses, market and industry expertise, and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams within StackAdapt.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing automated, scalable reporting infrastructure and analytics solutions.
The analyst will design and build data pipelines and dashboards while collaborating with other analysts on the team.
Continuous monitoring, reporting, and reviewing of business metrics and supply quality with internal stakeholders is required, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
The analyst will execute projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders, providing insights and customized KPIs to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Deep-dive analysis to understand trends and anomalies will be performed, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders and defining technical requirements for data processes.
The role requires partnering closely with various teams such as Inventory & Data Partnerships, Product Solutions, Platform Quality, Marketing, and Engineering to provide meaningful and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge and experience in scripting with SQL and Python, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
Experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift is required.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Looker is necessary.
Prior experience in Business Intelligence, Data, or Analytics teams, specifically in building predictive data and analytics solutions is essential.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, economics, statistics, math) with a proven academic track record is required.
A minimum of 2+ years of working experience in a quantitative or analytics-driven environment with a solid understanding of statistical techniques is necessary.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, with comfort in presenting detailed technical and statistical analyses to senior stakeholders.
