You will ensure best practices in data quality, security, and scalability.
You will develop ETLs using Spark (Python/Scala) and work on cloud-based projects (Azure/AWS).
You will build scalable pipelines using various technologies.
Requirements:
You must have 8+ years of experience in data engineering, including designing and building end-to-end architectures in cloud environments.
You should be able to engage with clients, understand their needs, and design technical proposals tailored to business goals.
Experience in technical presales, including demos, solutioning, and proposal writing is required.
You must be capable of leading projects independently and mentoring other engineers.
Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience in Apache Spark are essential.
Expertise with Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric is required.
You should have hands-on experience building data pipelines (CI/CD) and experience with testing (unit, integration, etc.).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is necessary.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases is required.
Bonus points for experience in Artificial Intelligence.
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
