A minimum of 3 years of smart contract auditing experience is required, with a history of leading audits for complex protocols.
A passion for continuous learning in the rapidly changing crypto space is necessary.
Candidates should be enthusiastic about mentoring blockchain security engineers and open to learning from their team.
Clear and kind communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are crucial.
Experience in building relationships with security, product, and engineering teams is required.

The target annual salary for this position ranges from $186,065 to $218,900 USD, depending on work location.
