Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of web and marketing design is essential, with experience in shipping projects using Webflow.
  • Strong visual instincts and the ability to create a cohesive brand system are required.
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently while also being collaborative and low-ego.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferred, along with a passion for design-driven storytelling.
  • Familiarity with remote work and startup culture is beneficial.
  • Bonus qualifications include knowledge of motion design, 3D workflows, and creative tools used by industrial designers or product teams, as well as an interest in product design.
