Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years in a Senior role.
• A deep knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process modeling (BPMN, UML), and prototyping techniques is required.
• Proven ability to prepare clear specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and documentation is essential.
• Experience in consolidating requirements from multiple stakeholders is necessary.
• A solid understanding of SCRUM and KANBAN frameworks is required.
• Candidates must be proficient in using Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, or DrawIO.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency is required.
• Proficiency in the Russian language (C1+) is necessary.
• Candidates must be ready to work in the GMT+4 time zone.
