• The role involves partnering with business leaders to scope, design, and build analytical tools and metrics to address strategic and operational questions.
• Responsibilities include defining and operationalizing key performance indicators (KPIs), uncovering insights through analysis, developing scalable dashboards, and translating data into business value.
• Success will be measured by the impact of insights on decisions, clarity of metrics, and improvements in business outcomes such as growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Key tasks include enabling data-driven decisions, maintaining dashboards and reporting tools, and synthesizing insights into clear narratives and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in BI or data analytics at a high-growth startup or tech company.
• Experience in solving data problems in a healthcare-related field is a strong bonus.
• Expert-level SQL skills and familiarity with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Hex, and Retool are required.
• Candidates must be able to translate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings to various audiences.
