Techstra is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst for Member Experience Reporting who is passionate about delivering value through business intelligence reporting.
The role involves leading the build, migration, and management of front-end client reporting for Member Experience.
Responsibilities include documenting business and technical requirements for BI/reporting, collecting and maintaining an inventory of BI/reporting assets, and developing visualization and report services for self-service capabilities.
The analyst will track intake and prioritize BI/reporting requests, support the migration of legacy assets to the new enterprise BI platform, and create documentation and training for the Member Experience Reporting product vertical.
Collaboration with business and technical stakeholders is essential, and the analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on member experience best practices.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Candidates must have 10+ years of business intelligence/reporting experience.
A minimum of 7+ years of healthcare experience is required.
At least 5+ years of experience with PBM/Pharmacy is necessary.
Candidates should have 4+ years of demonstrated experience in customer or member experience at a health plan or PBM.
Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel is required.
Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
