  • Techstra is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst for Member Experience Reporting who is passionate about delivering value through business intelligence reporting.
  • The role involves leading the build, migration, and management of front-end client reporting for Member Experience.
  • Responsibilities include documenting business and technical requirements for BI/reporting, collecting and maintaining an inventory of BI/reporting assets, and developing visualization and report services for self-service capabilities.
  • The analyst will track intake and prioritize BI/reporting requests, support the migration of legacy assets to the new enterprise BI platform, and create documentation and training for the Member Experience Reporting product vertical.
  • Collaboration with business and technical stakeholders is essential, and the analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on member experience best practices.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Candidates must have 10+ years of business intelligence/reporting experience.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of healthcare experience is required.
  • At least 5+ years of experience with PBM/Pharmacy is necessary.
  • Candidates should have 4+ years of demonstrated experience in customer or member experience at a health plan or PBM.
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel is required.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills are essential, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
