We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Systems Data & Analytics team.
In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making across multiple business units.
You will be a key partner to senior stakeholders, shaping the BI roadmap and delivering high-impact dashboards, reports, and data models.
Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining robust BI solutions using Power BI.
You will analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
You will translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI and data visualization projects.
Collaboration is essential as you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
You will develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Creating and maintaining data models, data dictionaries, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and governance is part of your role.
You will contribute to the development of BI best practices.
Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner is expected.
You will support a data-driven culture across the organization by championing analytics and insights.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field is required.
You must have 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Proficiency in Power BI is essential.
Advanced SQL skills are required, and familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is preferred.
Experience working with cloud data platforms and key components such as AWS, Azure, or Databricks is necessary.
A strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts is required.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and using Atlassian Jira is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, business-oriented mindset are essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights, are required.
High attention to detail, curiosity, and a commitment to data accuracy are necessary.
Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working with all levels of the organization are important.
You should be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities are preferred.

The salary for this position ranges from $96,000 to $125,000 a year.
