Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group focused on enhancing care for children with special health care needs.
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence and will work cross-functionally to drive analyses and insights for clinical and operational teams.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining dashboards in Tableau for data-driven decision making.
The role involves applying business intelligence best practices to ensure dashboards are user-friendly and aligned with business goals.
The analyst will create analytical models in dbt to support Tableau dashboards and partner with care model teams to gather business requirements and build key performance indicators.
Conducting in-depth analyses to evaluate clinical outcomes and care delivery efficiency is essential, along with communicating findings through visualizations and presentations.
The position requires utilizing SQL and other tools to analyze large datasets from various sources, including claims and EHR data.
Managing analytics requests and ad-hoc reporting needs through Atlassian (e.g., JIRA) is also part of the role.
Collaboration with product, engineering, and internal data teams to develop new tools and capabilities is expected.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, preferably in clinical data analytics.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Tableau, demonstrating advanced skills in calculations, parameters, performance tuning, and interactivity is required.
Strong SQL skills and the ability to quickly build analytic tools to generate actionable insights from large-scale data in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses are necessary.
Proven ability to effectively communicate findings through data storytelling that connects insights with business goals is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with limited information while adapting to evolving business priorities.
Experience using dbt for data modeling and GitHub for version control is required.
Familiarity with healthcare data sources such as claims, EHR, and health information exchange is a strong plus.

The position offers a base salary range of $115,000 - $130,000, along with an annual bonus incentive.
