  • Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group focused on enhancing care for children with special health care needs.
  • The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence and will work cross-functionally to drive analyses and insights for clinical and operational teams.
  • Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining dashboards in Tableau for data-driven decision making.
  • The role involves applying business intelligence best practices to ensure dashboards are user-friendly and aligned with business goals.
  • The analyst will create analytical models in dbt to support Tableau dashboards and partner with care model teams to gather business requirements and build key performance indicators.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses to evaluate clinical outcomes and care delivery efficiency is essential, along with communicating findings through visualizations and presentations.
  • The position requires utilizing SQL and other tools to analyze large datasets from various sources, including claims and EHR data.
  • Managing analytics requests and ad-hoc reporting needs through Atlassian (e.g., JIRA) is also part of the role.
  • Collaboration with product, engineering, and internal data teams to develop new tools and capabilities is expected.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, preferably in clinical data analytics.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Tableau, demonstrating advanced skills in calculations, parameters, performance tuning, and interactivity is required.
  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to quickly build analytic tools to generate actionable insights from large-scale data in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses are necessary.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate findings through data storytelling that connects insights with business goals is essential.
  • Candidates should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with limited information while adapting to evolving business priorities.
  • Experience using dbt for data modeling and GitHub for version control is required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data sources such as claims, EHR, and health information exchange is a strong plus.

Benefits:

  • The position offers a base salary range of $115,000 - $130,000, along with an annual bonus incentive.
