• The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will report to the Sr. Director, Data, Analytics, and Machine Learning.

• Responsibilities include designing dashboards, building reports, and conducting analyses to help teams understand performance and opportunities.
• The analyst will partner with Marketing and Customer Care teams to translate their goals into metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• They will build, maintain, and enhance core business dashboards using Power BI.
• The role requires using SQL and Python to extract, analyze, and transform data for reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• The analyst will own the design and documentation of key business metrics, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
• Proactively identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities in data and sharing insights with stakeholders is essential.
• Collaboration with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering is necessary to ensure data models meet reporting needs.
• The analyst will contribute to developing best practices for visualization, dashboard UX, and storytelling with data.
• They will create training and documentation to enable others to access and interpret data effectively.
• Participation in sprint planning and shaping the BI roadmap by identifying high-value projects is expected.
• Mentoring data-savvy stakeholders and serving as a subject matter expert in BI tools and analytics best practices is part of the role.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Advanced SQL skills and the ability to work directly with raw tables to produce clean, performant queries are required.
• Intermediate Python skills for modeling and analyzing raw tables are necessary.
• Hands-on experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is essential.
• Strong data visualization and communication skills are required.
• A passion for helping others understand and use data to drive better decisions is important.
• Experience working in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP is needed.
• Familiarity with dbt or dimensional modeling concepts is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare, telehealth, or regulatory data (e.g., HIPAA) is advantageous.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams is required.
• Candidates must be able to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment is necessary.
