The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will report to the Sr. Director, Data, Analytics, and Machine Learning.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to convert data into insights that inform strategic decisions.

The analyst will partner with Product & Engineering teams to translate their goals into metrics, reports, and dashboards.
They will build and maintain core business dashboards using Power BI and utilize SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.
The role requires owning the design and documentation of key business metrics and proactively identifying trends and opportunities in data.
Collaboration with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering is essential to ensure data models meet reporting needs.
The analyst will contribute to best practices for data visualization and storytelling, create training resources, and participate in sprint planning.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
Advanced SQL skills are required, along with the ability to work directly with raw tables.
Intermediate Python skills for modeling and analyzing data are necessary.
Hands-on experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is essential.
Strong data visualization and communication skills are required.
A passion for helping others understand and utilize data for better decision-making is important.
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP is needed.
Familiarity with dbt or dimensional modeling concepts is a plus.
Knowledge of healthcare, telehealth, or regulatory data (e.g., HIPAA) is advantageous.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams is preferred.
Candidates should be able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Comfort in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment is necessary.
Creative problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset are essential.
The ability to learn new technology systems and communication tools quickly is required.
Candidates should be capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
