The ServiceNow Security Organization (SSO) delivers innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect the company and its customers.
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst focused on Security Programs, you will partner with stakeholders across Security, Compliance, IT, and Engineering.
You will identify opportunities to enhance security governance, streamline risk and compliance workflows, and strengthen internal controls through scalable system solutions.
This role requires strong analytical skills, system thinking, and a deep understanding of security and compliance-related business processes.
You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives to enhance the organization’s security posture and ensure business-critical systems support evolving regulatory and risk requirements.
Responsibilities include gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, performing data analysis, leading cross-functional initiatives, coordinating operational activities, serving as a liaison between teams, facilitating User Acceptance Testing, supporting change management, tracking security-related issues, and acting as Scrum Master.
Requirements:
You must have 8 or more years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, with at least 3 years supporting security, GRC, or risk/compliance domains.
Demonstrated experience working with InfoSec teams, GRC platforms (ideally ServiceNow), or leading audits and remediation projects is required.
Experience delivering technical solutions in cross-functional environments, preferably within a SaaS or cloud enterprise, is necessary.
Proven success as a project or Scrum lead on security or compliance-related initiatives is essential.
Familiarity with security and risk platforms, business process modeling, requirements documentation, data analysis, SDLC, and secure development awareness is required.
Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities are necessary.
