As a Senior Clinical Data Analyst, you will identify operational improvement opportunities through analytics to achieve or surpass financial, quality, and operational goals for Tendo's customers.
You will leverage your expertise in healthcare operations, workflow, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) reporting to synthesize data and provide insights that drive improvements.
Your responsibilities include curating data sets, organizing information, and collaborating with the Tendo team and Corporate and Operational leaders to develop and maintain data extracts, interactive reports, dashboards, and self-service products.
You will prepare materials for presentations to customers and facilitate ongoing customer engagement.
Your contributions will directly impact the success of Tendo's customers and the team.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of experience working in clinical data analytics in a healthcare setting.
A Bachelor’s in Computer or Data Science, Engineering, Business/Finance, or Health Sciences, or a Master’s in Public Health, Data Science, Business Administration, or Statistics is required, or relevant work experience and a portfolio of projects.
You should have experience with business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Business Objects: Crystal Reports, Universe, and Web intelligence tool preferred).
Proficiency in SQL querying and data manipulation, including Stored Procedures and Query optimization (Microsoft preferred) is necessary.
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) Analytics, particularly Epic Clarity and Caboodle, is highly desired.
You must be able to work independently and in a team setting.
Knowledge of Clinical Documentation in EHR and the ability to extract data based on workflow description is required.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Proven excellence in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously is necessary.

Tendo offers a base salary range of $102,000-$138,000, with final compensation based on geography and experience.
