We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join a project focused on Regulatory Strategy in the pharmaceutical/biotech domain.
The project aims to deliver advanced solutions that support process orchestration, intelligent automation, data analytics, and predictive modeling for global regulatory operations in innovative medicine.
The role involves partnering with Regulatory subject matter experts, technical product owners, engineers, and architecture teams to design scalable and supportable data architectures aligned with Regulatory Strategy and Intelligence goals.
Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to develop data architecture artifacts, ensuring architectural alignment with data platform strategies, maintaining a data dictionary, developing and maintaining data models, supporting the creation of a data governance framework, identifying authoritative data sources, translating business data needs, providing insights through data analysis, resolving conflicting stakeholder requirements, coaching teams on best practices, and identifying opportunities to leverage data for business enhancement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data architecture, data governance, and data modeling is required.
Proficiency in developing data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) is necessary.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills are essential.
The ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications is required.
A deep understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality practices is necessary.
An AWS Data Engineer Certification (or equivalent Azure/GCP certification) is required.
A Bachelorβs degree in a technical, engineering, or scientific field is necessary.
A minimum English Level of C1 Advanced is required.
Experience working with Snowflake and Denodo is a plus.
AWS Well-Architected Framework certification and AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty certification are also considered advantageous.
