CoverGo is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their fully remote team.

The role involves working closely with development teams to design, build, and improve a scalable delivery environment.
Responsibilities include defining and implementing reliability goals, developing shared tooling and processes, automating tasks, managing infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and maintaining operational documentation.
Successful candidates will be hands-on cloud engineers with strong problem-solving skills, quick learners, and passionate about distributed systems and infrastructure design.
Requirements:
Proficiency in at least one major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud is required.
Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms, especially Kubernetes, is necessary.
Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash for automation tasks are essential.
A solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code, ideally using Terraform, is required.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, such as Prometheus and Grafana stack, is needed.
A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Good to have: Experience with database technologies like MongoDB and PostgreSQL, familiarity with micro-services using RESTful API, gRPC, or GraphQL, experience with GitOps (Flux) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Action), and immediate availability.
