We are currently seeking a Computer Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, helping to optimize our internal systems, data infrastructure, and user-facing applications.
As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will evaluate and enhance the performance and efficiency of our internal systems.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to analyze business needs, define technical requirements, and implement systems that support Bellota’s product and operations teams.
This role focuses on designing and implementing improvements to our current technology stack, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the way data and systems support the company’s strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include analyzing existing computer systems, collaborating with stakeholders, evaluating user needs, working with DevOps and Engineering leadership, designing business tools, maintaining documentation, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and providing support during system upgrades.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a systems analysis, IT business analysis, or similar role is necessary.
A strong understanding of how business needs translate into systems design and functionality is essential.
Experience with data tools such as Looker, Snowflake, dbt, BigQuery, and cloud-based infrastructure like AWS or GCP is a plus.
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
A demonstrated ability to map out systems processes and provide documentation is necessary.
Experience with technical project management or systems integration is preferred.
