Remote Senior Content Solutions Engineer (Interview Content) (India)

Description:

• Karat is the world's largest interviewing company, transforming organizations globally by providing a powerful system for technical leaders to hire top engineers.
• The Senior Content Solutions Engineer will develop high-quality technical interview questions to update Karat’s technical content library for modern AI-enabled engineering workflows across various engineering roles.
• The role involves producing technical interview content using engineering knowledge and modern technology, including generative AI.
• The engineer will partner with Sales and Client teams to present Karat’s content capabilities to prospects and clients, including onsite visits within India.
• Responsibilities include working with the Deployment team to ensure optimal interview format configurations, reviewing and iterating on interview guidelines for fairness and consistency, and revamping interview engineer onboarding with the Delivery team.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer, with a demonstrated ability to program in a common programming language.
• Experience in participating in Sales calls and discussing solutions with prospects and clients is required.
• Familiarity with Generative AI solutions, such as ChatGPT and Claude, is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience working remotely with global teams and possess fluent, concise English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently with high-output and strict deadlines are essential.
• Preferred qualifications include experience conducting technical interviews, project or program management experience, high-growth startup experience, and professional experience using AI solutions for software development.
