Rasa is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join their Customer Success team.
The role involves collaborating with Enterprise customers to accelerate their adoption of Rasaβs solutions.
The position reports to the Director of Customer Success Engineering.
The job is available in the UK, Germany, or Serbia, with work authorization/visa sponsorship only provided in Germany.
Responsibilities include collaborating with customers to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction with Rasa products, providing technical guidance, supporting issue resolution, and capturing customer insights for product development.
The role may evolve into Resident AI Engineer missions, involving hands-on technical implementation and optimization of Rasa assistants.
Requirements:
Candidates must have deep technical expertise in Rasa or equivalent conversational AI or NLP/LLM-based technologies.
Experience in a key customer leadership role, working with technical and business decision-makers is required.
Proficiency in either Python or Full Stack applications running in the cloud is necessary, with DevOps experience in Kubernetes being ideal.
Experience managing on-prem licensed software solutions is a plus.
Candidates should be able to act as an industry leader in customer meetings and public settings.
Fluency in English and another European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, or Italian) is required.
A strong background in DevOps/MLOps and Machine Learning is welcomed, with support for learning conversational AI and Rasa-specific development.
