Remote Senior Customer Success & Support Data Programs Analyst

Description:

• Restaurant365 is a SaaS company that provides a cloud-based platform for accounting and back-office operations in the restaurant industry.
• The Sr. Customer Success and Support (CS&S) Data Programs Analyst reports to the Sr. Manager of Customer Success Business Operations.
• This role is crucial in bridging the gap between systems and business needs through data analytics and insights.
• The analyst will evaluate processes, define requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations to executives and key stakeholders.
• Responsibilities include gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources.
• The analyst will collaborate with IT-Systems, GTM, and Financial operations to identify technical solutions for data access and analysis.
• They will support CS&S business analysts with data and tools, including self-service dashboards.
• The role involves program management of all CS&S data analysis projects and initiatives.
• The analyst will design scalable data insights and systems, overseeing high-priority business process and data initiatives.
• They will define program structures, processes, deliverables, and operational cadences for data and systems.
• The analyst will develop and implement data frameworks and tools for managing data insights.
• They will work closely with key stakeholders and support the identification of trends and patterns in data.
• The role includes supporting annual planning and financial forecasting and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, finance, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 7+ years of business operations experience in a SaaS business.
• A minimum of 5+ years in data strategy, business operations, and/or management consulting with a focus on business analytics and data is necessary.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a GTM or Financial data operations function is required.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Domo, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, and Excel is essential.
• Experience with data sources like Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, BigQuery, and Azure Synapse is needed.
• Exceptional data analysis and outstanding data visualization skills are required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for collaboration across all levels.
• Candidates should have a strong bias for action and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• The ability to self-start and drive new ideas through influence is essential.
