  • Restaurant365 is a SaaS company that provides a centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations for restaurants.
  • The Senior Customer Success and Support (CS&S) Data Programs Analyst will connect the Customer Success organization with Data/Analytics, translating business priorities into actionable data solutions.
  • This role reports to the Sr. Director of Customer Strategy and Operations and leverages analytics to evaluate processes, define requirements, and deliver high-impact recommendations and data-driven insights.
  • The analyst will collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to identify opportunities for enhancing processes, products, and services through data.
  • Responsibilities include leading high-priority CS&S analytics programs, designing scalable analytics systems, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Key tasks involve managing analytics and process improvement projects, overseeing timelines and deliverables, collecting and analyzing data, building dashboards, ensuring data governance, identifying trends, and supporting strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or operations within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Go-To-Market (GTM) or Financial data operations function is necessary.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker, along with strong SQL skills for querying and preparing datasets, is essential.
  • Strong data visualization skills are required to simplify complex insights for varied audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to influence across all levels and bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Candidates must demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • The salary range for this position is $96,400-$144,600, with actual salary varying based on skills, experience, and location.
