The candidate will also mentor junior team members and support distributed team collaboration.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience designing and programming BI solutions is required.
Strong expertise in developing enterprise-class BI applications is necessary.
Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Excel, ETL processes, and relational databases is essential.
The ability to analyze complex datasets and define key metrics is required.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary.
Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines is important.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
Bonus qualifications include deep Tableau expertise and knowledge of population health metrics.
