• As a Senior Data Analyst, Growth specializing in Acquisition, you will support the paid acquisition marketing team by analyzing campaign results and improving acquisition efficiency across various channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic.
• Responsibilities include tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance across paid channels, identifying optimization and growth opportunities, and partnering with campaign managers to optimize spend allocation and targeting strategies.
• You will build dashboards and reporting frameworks to surface actionable insights for leadership and conduct incrementality testing, cohort analysis, and attribution modeling to inform budget decisions.
• The role also involves collaborating with finance and growth teams to ensure alignment on spend, CAC, and ROI targets, as well as staying updated on industry trends and data privacy.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, data analytics, or growth is required.
• Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Adjust, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar is necessary.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and foundational experience with Python for data analysis is essential.
• Familiarity with paid ads platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads) and understanding their associated analytics and metrics is required.
• A strong understanding of acquisition KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, incrementality) is necessary.
• The ability to clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities are required, with comfort in using data for optimization recommendations.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are must-haves.
