• Omada Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the Growth Marketing Analytics team to enhance outreach efforts through data insights.
• The role involves developing reports and insights from data related to campaign engagement, landing page interactions, and channel insights.
• Key responsibilities include owning data architecture and reporting for Growth Marketing, delivering performance insights for marketing campaigns, managing data tagging and statistical analysis for tests, and developing Tableau dashboards.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 5+ years of deep expertise in marketing analytics.
• Expert SQL skills are required, along with strong experience in designing and developing queries and reports.
• Experience with A/B testing and statistical measurement is essential.
• The ability to analyze various data sets and develop key metrics is necessary.
• Strong relational database design and development skills are required.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
• A track record of managing multiple projects under aggressive deadlines is needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is required.
• Skills in Data Analysis and Visualization, Amplitude, Tableau, SQL, ETL, Databases, Data modeling, and Excel are necessary.
