The Senior Data Analyst will own growth analytics initiatives, proactively identifying, scoping, and delivering analytics projects that accelerate user growth, engagement, and monetization.
The role involves designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments, delivering actionable recommendations for product features and onboarding flows.
The analyst will build and maintain real-time dashboards for core growth KPIs and partner closely with Product Managers, Growth Marketers, and Data Product Owners to drive execution across teams.
Responsibilities include executing advanced cohort and segmentation analyses, monitoring growth initiatives post-launch, and ensuring data quality in collaboration with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in product or marketing analytics for consumer web, fintech, or marketplace products.
Expertise in SQL and solid knowledge of Python or R for ad-hoc modeling is required.
Demonstrated ownership of an experimentation roadmap is essential.
Hands-on experience with modern warehouse stacks such as Databricks and dbt, as well as PowerBI and services like Snowplow, Unleash, and Posthog is necessary.
Proven delivery of LTV/CAC models, retention curves, cohort deep dives, and monetization analyses that have influenced roadmaps is required.
Strong storytelling skills to translate complex queries into concise presentations for executives are essential.
A growth mindset is important, with the ability to iterate, learn quickly, and provide feedback and mentoring to others.
A degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience is required.
