The company is seeking a Senior Data Analyst II for the Product team to address significant challenges in analytics.
This role focuses on improving customer experience, growing recurring revenue, and enhancing product experience through increased feature usage.
Responsibilities include utilizing data analysis to provide recommendations, developing insights for product and revenue teams, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
The analyst will design and execute complex A/B experiments to tailor product offerings to customer needs and facilitate rapid decision-making.
The position also involves mentoring other analysts to elevate the Data organization.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably in a B2B environment.
A BA/BS in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or engineering, or in behavioral science with strong statistics skills is required.
Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential.
Applicants should have experience in turning vague business problems into statistically rigorous analyses and solutions.
Strong communication skills are necessary to inspire action and align teams using data.
