The company is seeking experienced senior data analysts to address significant challenges in analytics for their supply chain.
The supply chain is crucial to Dandy's operations, managing areas such as manufacturing, logistics/procurement, on-time measurement, product feature enhancement, and capacity/utilization optimization.
In this dynamic, cross-functional role, the analyst will independently use data expertise to build products and make recommendations to enhance Dandy's position as a leading dental lab.
Responsibilities include building production models to automate decision processes, driving performance through experimentation and simulation modeling, developing insights for supply teams, defining data language within Supply Chain & Operations, and mentoring other analysts.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in data science and analytics, preferably in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
A BA/BS in a quantitative field such as computer science, operations research, statistics, engineering, or a behavioral science with an applied data background is required.
Excellent skills in SQL and Python are necessary.
Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to present results in a way that drives change and aligns teams.
Candidates should demonstrate a strong sense of velocity, autonomy, and ownership.
