Remote Senior Data Analyst

Description:

• You will be the first dedicated Data Analyst and play a crucial role in transforming data usage across the company.
• You will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and collaborate closely with clinical operations, product, and client success teams to convert raw healthcare and operational data into actionable insights.
• You will have the opportunity to define and shape the data culture from Day 1.
• This position is high-impact and ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, wants to build scalable data systems from scratch, and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through intelligent data use.
• Responsibilities include building and maintaining predictive models and dashboards for early identification of vulnerable members, collaborating with clinical operations to shape proactive care strategies, building custom dashboards and reports for health plan and provider partners, tracking and visualizing performance metrics, and analyzing workflows and performance across clinical teams.

Requirements:

• You must have 4-6+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a venture-backed healthtech B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong skills and experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or GoodData are required.
• Experience working with healthcare claims, clinical workflows, or EHR/EMR data is a significant plus.
• You should be a strong communicator capable of translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
• Comfort in wearing multiple hats is essential, as this is a build-from-scratch role.
• A deep sense of ownership and a bias toward action are necessary traits.
