The Senior Data Analyst will utilize data to answer critical product and business questions, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Recruiting teams.
Responsibilities include providing data-driven insights to enhance core business KPIs, creating internal dashboards, presenting findings to stakeholders, delivering ad-hoc analyses, reviewing processes for improvement, automating insights, and identifying data source enhancements.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, statistics, data science, consulting, or a related field.
A strong understanding of databases and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase is required.
Advanced SQL skills and the ability to write well-optimized queries are essential.
The ability to organize and present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences is necessary.
Strong analytical skills with experience in solving ambiguous problems using data are required.
Candidates should be able to analyze and condense data to tell a persuasive story.
