Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with a strong track record of producing actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools like Looker or Power BI is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of SQL experience and familiarity with tools like dbt and Airflow is necessary.
• Exceptional data storytelling ability to clearly translate analytics into business decisions is essential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams are required.
• Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity and have a structured approach to problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros, are necessary.
• Experience with R or Python is a plus.
