As a Senior Data Analyst on the Strategic Finance team, you will uncover insights that shape company-wide planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
This role blends analytical rigor, technical fluency, and business acumen to steer financial strategy and identify opportunities for scalable growth.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various teams, including Sales, Product, and G&A, to build trust and deliver data-driven recommendations.
Your work will influence operating plans, investment decisions, self-serve reporting, and process automation.
You will conduct deep analyses to deliver strategic insights that inform high-impact financial decisions.
You will act as a technical partner to teams across RevOps, Analytics, Data Engineering, and Marketing.
You will translate data into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.
You will automate recurring deliverables and help scale Strategic Finance workflows as the company grows.
You will empower decision-makers with self-service dashboards and data assets that surface trends.
You will partner with Data Engineering to improve dataset development and advance analytics infrastructure.
Requirements:
You must have 4+ years of experience in data analysis or an equivalent function, preferably within SaaS, consulting, or investment banking industries.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma) is required, along with experience handling large and complex data sets.
Familiarity with DBT is preferred, and scripting skills in Python or R for advanced analysis are a bonus.
You should have a proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies that drive financial outcomes.
Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally and building relationships across business teams is essential.
You must be comfortable engaging stakeholders with varying levels of data fluency.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Informatics, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
