Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our data team at SoSafe, a leading cybersecurity startup in Europe.
• The role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support both customer-facing and internal data deliveries.
• You will empower self-service analytics through well-governed and accessible data.
• Collaboration with product, analytics, engineering, and data science teams is essential to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance customer experiences.
• You will take ownership of the data infrastructure and analytics engineering workflows, driving best practices in data modeling, data quality, and governance.
• Ensuring pipeline reliability through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, automated testing, and CI/CD automation is a key responsibility.
• Staying current with advancements in data engineering and analytics engineering, and evaluating new tools and frameworks to improve data capabilities is expected.
• You will actively contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions with an analytics-first mindset.
• Effectively aligning stakeholder expectations and communicating complex technical and analytical concepts clearly and proactively is crucial.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience designing and maintaining data pipelines and workflows using a modern data stack, including AWS, Airflow, and dbt, with a focus on event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in data modeling, data quality practices, and building trusted, production-grade datasets is required.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Git, CI/CD) to manage and automate analytics workflows at scale is essential, along with strong expertise in infrastructure management, alerting, and monitoring.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally in an agile, fast-paced environment are necessary; experience collaborating with business analysts and data scientists is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; candidates should be proactive, ownership-driven, and adept at translating business questions into robust data solutions.
