Integra Partners is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their data engineering team as a Senior Data Engineer.
The role involves building and maintaining robust data pipelines and enabling advanced analytics and AI solutions across the organization.
Candidates must have hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools and cloud platforms, including Snowflake, DBT, and Azure.
The Senior Data Engineer will work closely with the Data Analytics team to ensure data availability, reliability, and performance to support business insights and decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn are essential for this position.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines utilizing Snowflake and DBT, creating and optimizing efficient data models, implementing ETL workflows, tuning queries for performance, integrating Snowflake with diverse data sources, orchestrating data workflows, collaborating with DevOps, and developing data quality checks.
The role also involves maintaining documentation, supporting AI and machine learning initiatives, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards, and implementing monitoring for data pipelines.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of modern data architectures.
Proficiency in Snowflake, including performance tuning, data modeling, and integration with downstream analytics tools, is required.
Familiarity with Azure Services, including storage and orchestration tools, is necessary.
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining data transformation workflows using DBT is essential.
Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Azure Data Factory is required.
Strong programming skills in Python for data pipeline development, automation, and integration are necessary.
Candidates should have experience with Medallion Architecture and Data Vault 2.0 principles.
Experience with Snowflake’s AI/ML features is preferred.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices is required.
Demonstrated ability to implement robust data quality checks and validation frameworks is necessary.
Knowledge of data governance and integration with metadata management tools is preferred.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience in Agile, cross-functional teams, are essential.
A working knowledge of data modeling within the healthcare industry is a plus.
