Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in building and optimizing data sets, big data pipelines, and architectures.
  • Experience in successfully delivering large-scale data engineering projects is required.
  • Proficiency with distributed systems such as Spark, Kafka, and data lakes is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience working with IoT data and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • A solid understanding of data modeling principles is essential.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Python or Kotlin is required.
  • Comfort with SQL is necessary.
  • Proven ability to perform root cause analysis on processes and data to identify improvement opportunities is expected.
  • Demonstrated experience with data transformation, workload management, and metadata is required.
