Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in building and optimizing data sets, big data pipelines, and architectures is required.
  • Experience in successfully delivering large-scale data engineering projects is essential.
  • Proficiency with distributed systems such as Spark, Kafka, and data lakes is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience working with IoT data and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of data modeling principles is required.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Python or Kotlin is necessary.
  • Comfort with SQL is expected.
  • Proven ability to perform root cause analysis on processes and data to identify improvement opportunities is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with data transformation, workload management, and metadata is essential.
