Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading software engineers.
  • Expertise in data architecture, ELT/ETL development, data transformation, data modeling, and BI dashboard/report development is required.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Python, Typescript, and SQL, including complex queries, joins, triggers, views, and performance optimization is necessary.
  • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably AWS CDK, and deep AWS knowledge with certifications is essential.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, and robust data pipelines is required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and mentorship are necessary.
  • Preferred experience includes PySpark, AWS Glue, Lake Formation, Kinesis streaming, Golang, Tableau, and familiarity with HIPAA/SOC/HITRUST requirements.
