Water.org is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst for a fixed term of 2 years.

The Data Governance Analyst will develop and execute a comprehensive data governance framework that supports the full data lifecycle.
Responsibilities include leading the implementation of data governance policies, managing data and change requests, and ensuring data quality and compliance.
The role involves providing training and support on data governance practices and collaborating with teams to define data needs and requirements.
The position does not have supervisory responsibilities, as it is an individual contributor role.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates must have seven or more years of progressive responsibility in data management, including at least four years in data governance management.
Demonstrated knowledge in data cataloging, data quality management, and data lineage is essential.
Proficiency in written and verbal English is required.
Experience in implementing and managing an organizational data governance program is preferred.
Benefits:
The position offers a base salary range of $83,000-$97,000, with flexibility based on skills and qualifications.

The role may require up to 5% domestic travel.
