Description:

• Angi® is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Data Science & Machine Learning team.
• The role involves enabling Angi's transformation into a world-class online marketplace.
• Responsibilities include developing predictive models and algorithms to enhance the Service Professional product and operations.
• The position requires implementing MLOps practices for seamless deployment and scalability of predictive models.

• Collaboration with engineers, product managers, sales directors, and designers is essential to build scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• A Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields is required.
• The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, preferably in tech industry and marketplace environments.
• Expertise in machine learning and statistical model development is essential, along with experience in designing experiments.
• A proven track record of deploying impactful machine learning models into production environments is necessary.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, as well as experience with cloud ML solutions, is required.
• Excellent communication skills are needed to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits:

• The salary band for this position ranges from $150,000 to $220,000, based on experience and performance.
