The Senior Data Scientist will support the Consumer Solutions business unit by using data to explore business questions and inform decision-making.

Requirements:
A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on SQL experience performing open-ended analysis in a work environment is necessary.
Experience with causal inference, including both experimental and observational methods, is required.
Candidates must have experience defining informative metrics for business understanding and developing actionable reporting for teams.
Experience supporting product and/or marketing teams with opportunity sizing, launch metrics, and data-driven roadmap prioritization is essential.
The ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams is required.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to translate business questions into actionable analysis projects.
Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $121,000 to $141,000 per year, with potential eligibility for a bonus.
