Description:

• The Senior Data Scientist will support the Consumer Solutions business unit by using data to explore business questions and inform decision-making.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on SQL experience performing open-ended analysis in a work environment is necessary.
• Experience with causal inference, including both experimental and observational methods, is required.
• Candidates must have experience defining informative metrics for business understanding and developing actionable reporting for teams.
• Experience supporting product and/or marketing teams with opportunity sizing, launch metrics, and data-driven roadmap prioritization is essential.
• The ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams is required.
• Candidates should demonstrate the ability to translate business questions into actionable analysis projects.
