  • The objective of iChange is to create a platform that aids users and stakeholders of IT Services in making data-driven decisions.
  • iChange utilizes various technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and ITIL Process data, to develop tools and modules that assist in IT Operations.
  • The platform serves as a central point and data analytics interface, providing a streamlined solution for connecting various data sources.
  • iChange supports Change Management and offers solutions for other ITIL fields such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Level Management.
  • Key accountabilities include analyzing complex databases using advanced analytics methods, data modeling and structuring, conducting statistical analyses with machine learning techniques, creating cost estimations, handling data transformation, and developing evaluation and control tools in collaboration with IT.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Information Technologies is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in ICT Analysis, Architecture & Design is necessary.
  • Proficiency in technical skills such as Angular, Linux environment (putty, shell/bash), VirtualEnv (dockering), GitLab, Jenkins, deploying REST-based web services/APIs, and web servers like Nginx and Apache is essential.
  • Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, noSQL databases (MongoDB, ArangoDB), Anaconda, data science libraries, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL is required.
  • Backend programming skills in JavaScript, JSON, NodeJS, Flask, Python, Ruby, and Anaconda are necessary.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and AWS services (Lambda, S3) is expected.
  • Knowledge of data management tools like Prefect and NLP/ML technologies (BERT, DBScan, Numpy, Jupyter Notebook, Hugging Face, GNN, NSP, NER) is important.
  • Strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to innovate are required soft skills.
  • Upper intermediate (B2) proficiency in English is mandatory.
