Requirements:

  • Experience in communicating outcomes and progress to senior management and stakeholders is essential.
  • Strong skills in end-to-end data science development, including planning, success criteria, solution development, and delivery are necessary.
  • Practical knowledge of machine learning and statistics is required, with experience in state-of-the-art ML solutions being a plus.
  • Candidates should have an interest in developing deep domain expertise for product-focused work, with a willingness to learn about fraud.
  • Experience in writing production code and tests is necessary.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to make impactful business decisions are important.
  • Familiarity with identity solutions, fintech, or adjacent industries is a bonus.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the country.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied, high-impact problems is essential.
