The Senior Data Scientist I, Analytics role involves leveraging data to inform business strategy and drive product innovations, specifically in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
This is a full-stack role with an emphasis on both analytics and machine learning.
Responsibilities include generating insights through deep-dive analysis, improving RCM processes by building and launching machine learning models, defining metrics, creating dashboards, designing and analyzing A/B testing experiments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying new data science projects, and communicating technical insights effectively.
Requirements:
A Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., data science, computer science, statistics, economics) or equivalent industry experience is required.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience as a data scientist supporting product development.
Expertise in SQL is necessary.
Proficiency in either R or Python for data analysis is required.
Experience in machine learning model development is essential.
Candidates should have experience designing and analyzing A/B testing experiments and guiding product decisions with experimental insights.
A results-driven attitude and a passion for building great products, with a proven track record of taking projects from inception to launch, are important.
