Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in statistical analysis, experimentation, and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is required, along with hands-on experience using tools like Pandas, scikit-learn, dbt, or similar.
• Applicants should be comfortable working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
• A strong understanding of experimentation design, including A/B testing and uplift modeling, is necessary.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders is essential.
• Candidates must possess strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills are required to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or martech is preferred.
